Step 1 - Navigate to the system solution

• On your site map, Select the Settings Area, and click Customizations.

• Click on Customize the System.

Step 2 - Navigate to the associated Entity

• A solution window will appear.

• On the left hand side of this window, click on the drop down arrow to the left of "Entities".

• Scroll down to the associated Entity. I am trying to find a logical name for the Contact entity.

Step 3 - Find the name (logical name)

• Click on Contact, not the drop down arrow to the left of it.

• Under Entity Definition, locate the name box. This is the logical name of the entity.
